Funeral for Roger L. Springer, 52, of Jonesboro, Ga., was Sunday, Dec. 8, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Compton officiating.
Burial was in Friendship Cemetery at Danville.
Mr. Springer died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002, at his residence. A native of Limestone County, he was a retired supervisor for International Paper Co.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Poole Springer of Jonesboro, Ga.; three sons, Michael Springer and Robert Springer, both of Jonesboro, Ga. and Mark Springer of Toney; two daughters, Leigh Ann Smith of Huntsville and Jennifer Springer of Toney; one sister, Frances Campbell of Athens; and two grandchildren.
