Funeral for James Howard Sanford, 86, of Hartselle was Monday, Dec. 2, at 11 a.m. at West Hartselle Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Redfern officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery with Roselawn Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Sanford died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2002, at Hartselle Medical Center. A native of Morgan County, he was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Essie Sanford of Hartselle; one son, James Milford Sanford of Hartselle; two daughters, Linda Williams of Falkville and Dorothy Casteel of Hartselle; one sister, Ollie Mae Coleman of Falkville; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and four step grandchildren.
