The bride is the daughter of Bill and Beth Rabb of Hartselle.
The groom is the son of Dr. R.H. and Gloria McClendon.
Rev. R.H. McClendon, father of the groom, officiated the ceremony.
The church, which dates back to 1818, was decorated with candles and ferns in the stained glass windows.

Designed with a wide scooped neckline, the sleeveless gown's focal interest was the corselette bodice which featured rich schutash and embroidery, delicately outlines with gold thread. The bodice back was laced in the true corsette fashion. The soft skirt of satin was adorned with similar embroidery at the hemline and swept in to a chapel length train.
Her veil of imported French tulle was held by a matching bridal bandeau.
She carried a bouquet of roses and gardenias cascading over a Bible that had previously been carried by her mother, aunt and grandmother.

Bridesmaids were Tammy McClendon Stokes of Birmingham, Arrie Greenway Jones of Atlanta, Amber White Williams of Huntsville, Jessica Zuidema of Grand Rapids, Mich., Lily Lydon of Trussville, Tiffany Williams of Moody and Vallery Nash of Tuscaloosa.
Attendants carried red and yellow roses with alstromeria and pheasant feathers and wore dresses of golden wheat color.

Music was provided by Amanda Klimko, the bride's aunt, of Trussville. Shane Dunn of Gardendale and the bride's father sand "The Lord's Prayer."
A reception was held at Trinity United Methodist Church. Sharon Steele was director.
