Anne Speake Marks

Funeral for Anne Speake Marks, 78, of Athens, was Monday, Aug. 12, at 3:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brooks Barkley officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mrs. Marks died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, at her residence. A native of Morgan County, she was a member of First Baptist Church in Athens.
She is survived by her husband, Wesley Marks of Athens; one daughter, Kaye Kimbrough Martin of Sheffield; one brother, Joe Speake of Hartselle; and one sister, Gladys Glasscock of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were John Glasscock, David Glasscock, David Marks, Charles Speake, Bobby Speake and Art Glasgow.
